Our stories are similar excpet you're a little further along then I am. I'm guessing that IM Wi. will be my first official IM however its likely that I may end up doing a Rev3 distance before. Loved reading your race report. Way to push through all the trouble. That's what being an IM is about Overcoming obstacles and pushing through the things that ruin races. I think I'm going to take 2012 to spend some building and doing a few 70.3s and in 2013 I'll be back for another full. If anything, I need a few years to save some $$$ before I can put another one of these together. Good grief they're expensive!

Unless I can make massive improvements on my W/Kg though, it will be a less hilly course next time!Chicago Portrait Projecthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16016990254792878875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5886931001260052595.post-13293287265987913662011-09-14T22:52:55.163-05:002011-09-14T22:52:55.163-05:00I think I ran a 5:47 too, battling diarrhea. Considering all of that, you fought through a cold, a bonk and showed what you've got! I am totally impressed! So...do you already have another one planned for next year? :)Mike Petersenhttp://www.twitter.com/fredsbronoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5886931001260052595.post-89878505440814072132011-09-14T10:24:54.589-05:002011-09-14T10:24:54.589-05:00WOOOOWWWW what a story!!!
